Description
The house contains three bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of six people. There is a twin and double room upstairs as well as a third bedroom downstairs. Fresh linen is supplied for your convenience. After a long day’s fishing relax in a traditional Irish sitting room with all the comforts of home, including satellite television. There is also a separate dining room and a fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave.
The house is only a short distance from the lakeshore. Where you can enjoy undisturbed fishing surrounded by the natural wildlife of the countryside. The road continues for a further 2kms past the house for leisurely walks and more fishing locations along the lakeshore.
Killykeen Forest Park is just a3 km drive. The facilities include superb match stretches, nature trails and walks. You can also see the 12th century Clough Oughter castle from Dernish More point. There are several golf courses within the area for those who enjoy a round of golf. Boats and canoes are also available for hire locally.
