The Virginia Heritage Group welcome all visitors to the Virginia Street Fair and Vintage Display.

The annual Virginia Street Fair, held on the last Sunday of June every year, is a reconstruction of Virginia's original 'Fairday' with animals, trading on the street, craft demonstration and entertainment. Visitors can see Cavan's largest display of vintage vehicles and participate in traditional Irish music and dancing....

Cookery competition; Pig racing; Pig roasting and food on the street; Pike angling competition; Soccer tournaments; talent competitions; Music events; Torchlight parade and Fireworks.

This festivak celebrates a traditioal event in East Cavan where by Bilberry picking on Lough an Lae mountain was followed by an evening of traditional music, dancing and storytelling. Typical activities include guided tours of Lough an Lae mountain as well as outdoor tradiotional music and set dancing sessions on a purpose built dancing desk. A craft displays, classical music performances in the Local Wesleyan Chapel and local history seminars throughout the festival, which takes place in late J...

The Killeshandra Festival of the Lakes will be held in June Bank Holiday Weekend fishing town of Killeshandra.

Old Fair Day in Dowra is reliving the fairs of long ago. It has fun fair street stalls, tug of war, sheep shearing, music on the streets. A Rose of the Fair is crowned on the first day of the event.
