bilberry traditional festival

This festivak celebrates a traditioal event in East Cavan where by Bilberry picking on Lough an Lae mountain was followed by an evening of traditional music, dancing and storytelling. Typical activities include guided tours of Lough an Lae mountain as well as outdoor tradiotional music and set dancing sessions on a purpose built dancing desk. A craft displays, classical music performances in the Local Wesleyan Chapel and local history seminars throughout the festival, which takes place in late July.
