visual centre for contemporary art the george bernard shaw theatre

The centre features a 353 seater theatre, 4 gallery spaces, theatre bar facilities, a restaurant and concession area. The galleries will hold temporary exhibitions of contemporary local, national and international art. The theatre will hold local productions, national, international and regional touring productions.

The Arts Centre will be opened on the 26th of September 2009.  A fun filled festival of carnival fun and games will run throughout the day.
