From Dublin Airport Leave the Airport and take the second exit at the roundabout, sign posted ‘Way Out’. Take the second exit off the Airport Roundabout onto the M1, sign posted Dublin. Leave the M1 at junction 3, then at the roundabout take the third exit onto the M50. At junction 9, leave the M50. At the Red Cow Roundabout, take the third exit onto the N7. Continue on the N7 until you join the M7 motorway, sign posted Limerick/Cork. Take the left hand lanes at junction 9 and branch onto the M9 motorway; sing posted Waterford, Kilkenny, and Carlow. At the end of the motorway, continue to travel on the N9 onto Main Street, entering Castledermot. On approach to the roundabout, take the second exit following the N9. Keep to the left on the N9 until you enter Carlow. At Deerpark Roundabout, take the second exit until you reach the Dr Cullen Road Roundabout. Follow the Portlaoise Road at Dr Cullen Road Roundabout; the Talbot Hotel is located just 2km from the town.
