Amongst the 13 rooms, 7 are family rooms with a double and single bed and there's also 1 large family room which has 2 single beds, in addition to the double bed. You will have access to the guest lounge; the house is also fully centrally heated and there is a laundry service as well. There is also a beautiful garden that you can wander through at your leisure and you won’t have to worry about your car as there is plenty of private car parking on site.
Carlow Guesthouse is nicely located in the heart of Carlow town. It's a great spot for a night out. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants for you to check out. If you want to go for a little golf, then the area is well served with a number of golf clubs - Carlow, Mount Worsley, Kilkea, Killerig, with the nearest being only 3km away. If you want to try a little angling then the Rivers Barrow and Slaney are not far away. Russeltown Stables is only about 5km away, or, if you prefer, there are plenty walking routes such as the Leinster Way, the Wicklow Way and the Barrow Way.
