Barrow Lodge Bed and Breakfast Carlow is situated in Carlow Town centre, adjacent to Graiguecullen Bridge, on the banks of the River Barrow, just a short stroll from Carlow's excellent shops, restaurants, pubs, vibrant nightlife and amenities. Furnished with period pieces and original art, George and Mary successfully combine excellent service with luxury accommodation. Our home was in times past the Flyboat Hotel, a well know riverside hostelry, owned by the ancestors of George Bernard Shaw, who bequethed it to him in his will. Barrow Lodge is an ideal base for touring the South East of Ireland
