St. Patrick's Day moved to 15th March for 2008

In 2008, St. Patrick's Day religious celebrations in Ireland will be moved two days forward to the 15th March. This is because the 17th of March 2008 falls on the second day of Easter Week, and Easter Week takes priority over any other feasts. So with approval from Rome, the Catholic Church in Ireland have moved St. Patrick's Day religious celebrations two days forward to the 15th March 2008.
St. Patrick's Day in Ireland has only ever once been moved and that was in 1940 when St. Patrick's Day clashed with Palm Sunday – which was the first day of Holy Week.
But don't worry if you're coming to Ireland next year to soak up the excitement and atmosphere of the Paddy's Day celebrations, as the festivities and parades will still go ahead as normal and take place on the 17th March.

so can anyone tell me exactly when Paddy's day parade is on and is the bank holiday moved to the Sat????? What happens if people work on a Sat, do they treat as Bank holiday instead???We really appreciate your comments.
