It is very central, great location, price was reasonable and it was new and clean. It is however quite noisy as it is located on a main road. Other travellers would be advised to have their sterling ready, as though the hotel accepts euro they offer their own exchange rate which is of course, more favourable to them! Between this and the go ireland "booking fee" we ended up 20 euro worse of, negating much of the savings compared to other hotels. The staff of the hotel were friendly enough - literally just "enough" that it was impossible to say they were being rude but they certainly didnt go out of their way - the bare minimum comes to mind! Rooms were clean and well kept, the modern look they were going for isnt very attractive, bathroom in particular was sterile and unwelcoming with a funny smell emanating from the drain!! Bed was comfortable but not so the weird, small, lumpy pillows - room for improvement here! I would not recommend this hotel for a long stay but it does serve its purpose as a centrally located base from which to explore Belfast. With just a little bit of effort I think it would be a great place to stay.
