McHughs has whatever it is that makes people fall in love with Belfast.
The original construction dates from around 300 years ago, making it officially the city's oldest building.
The Princes Street entrance opens into a dramatic gallery, with its massive 18th Century oak trusses. A restored ships boiler embedded into the wall warms the area.
The 70-seater restaurant provides impeccable service and great food without sacrificing value. Open wok cooking with flames and favours greet diners on a mezzanine floor, where the oriental aroma, torments the hungry. Food ranges from traditional pub fare to the adventurous tastes of the orient.
Entertainment is seven days a week. The spacious basement bar plays host to live bands every weekend. Midweek pianists provide a bit of jazz, ballads and good ol' sing along sounds. <

Description
The whole building bustles with activity from the basement up, the mood is light and the craic is great. In fact, its probably the best "little" ale house in Belfast!.
