The Hotel was very comfortable and the Staff were extremely helpful and cooperative, no complaints.
Quite good - internet was very poor value. Wireless should be fast and free. Noisy rooms next door were handled well but should not have happened

Service was excellent. One young girl (Clare I think?) was particularly attentive to tired couple coming in from Australia.
In overall we have been satisfied with the services in Antrim.The rooms were cleaned regulary, the food was delicious, most of the staff was pleasant and helpful.
